  The lady that handled my returned seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She kept having to re-read the questions that were being asked and at one point said she didn't know what it was but didn't apply to me. She didn't ask me for any deductions for work, clothes, donations, etc. It cost me $300! to get the same amount that I did online myself for H & R Block online. She talked me into it because I was eligible for the early refund. I got the refund the same day and only received $500 in which my return was over $5000. They give you the master card and they tell you that you can go to Meijer and take out $200 at a time. NOPE! its $50 at a time and depending on the worker you can only do it once. If you go to an ATM to remove the funds its a $3 charge or more that H & R block charges, not the bank as I had this confirmed with emerald. So if you do it go to a 711 or cvs because you will pay the $3 or $3.50 but can take up to $400 out, which is a little better. If you go to your bank to take it out its a $35 fee. You can use the card for regular debit/credit card transactions for no fee (in which she told us there was a fee). You can also take cash out after making a purchase at the store for no additional fee. I was not happy with my experience, will never go back. Was not worth getting the refund sooner as I already have received my refund for my taxes and my taxes were done in the middle of January. I am now out of $300 that I will never get back, and will NOT recommend to anyone else.
